about

Most companies have invested in AI but the ROI isn’t materialising. It’s not the technology. The models work. It’s not the teams. They’re competent. It’s the capability gap: the space between what AI can do and what organisations know how to do with it.

My work centres on a core principle: better AI literacy creates better AI capabilities. Organisations don’t just need AI tools. They need people who understand where the technology actually works in their specific context, what’s overhyped, and how to make it useful.

I help close that gap by researching AI, building AI products, and enabling teams to adopt AI effectively.

what I bring

My work spans AI research, hands-on product development (full-stack AI platforms across SaaS, engineering, recruitment, and financial services), and enablement programme design (workshops, curricula, and learning tools for senior leaders and institutions).

I work across the full AI adoption lifecycle: identifying high-value use cases, prototyping and building solutions to validate them, and designing the training that makes adoption stick.

Research and advisory: 6 years examining the opportunities and risks of generative AI. Research cited in 18 international policy documents including UNESCO and the EU Commission.

Product development: I design and build full-stack AI products (TypeScript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Python, LLM APIs) across industries that validate AI opportunities and solve specific business problems.

Enablement: I design and deliver AI transformation workshops, curricula, and interactive learning tools that give teams the capability to adopt AI meaningfully.

who I work with

I work with organisations across sectors, including startups, engineering firms, recruitment companies, financial services, government departments, universities, and international research organisations. Whether you need an AI product built, your teams upskilled, or a strategy for where AI fits, I can help.
